I had such a great experience at Batteries Plus! I needed a new battery for my Samsung phone and everyone there was so kind and helpful. I had my 2-month-old baby with me, and the manager was so personable he even showed me pictures of his grandkids! As a new mom, running errands can be stressful, but they were so patient and understanding. My local Batteries Plus is in Charleston off Sam Rittenberg Road. I’m 77 years old & I buy my hearing aid batteries there. Recently the packaging the 312 batteries are in a different, “child proof” version. I’m unable to open the packaging. When I told this to the wonderful person helping me- he said, I’ll open them for you. So I bought the package, he opened all the little round carriers they were in & I left a happy and satisfied customer. The extra added value to the experience was wonderful! Thank you! ☺️
Tristan greeted me with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and understanding, considering of the fact that I came with my key fob in many pieces. He was able to reassemble my key fob and I was on my way.
Love this location of Batteries Plus near my place of employment near the Citadel Mall. Justin's battery was fully charged. His customer service and attention to detail were some of the best I've ever experienced. Talk about an "energized battery", that would be Justin in the best way. Shouldn't need to replace his/this battery ever! He even replaced the battery for me in a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner! Truly they have batteries for everything!
