From the price online, to calling the store, getting fast and polite customer service and finding that the battery I needed is in stock, to having it ready for me before I got to the store to SAVING ME OVER $100 if I had gone to the Harley Dealership I can honestly say that Batteries + in Alcoa is fantastic.

Competent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. More interested in solving your problem than just selling you something. With so many devices using batteries these days this area is more complicated than it used to be, so it is good to have people you can trust.
Went in to buy 2 12volt 8AH batteries, told that 9AH batteries should last about a year longer in my stairlift and only cost $10 more. I switched and then got a rebate so it was actually cheaper! Great help up front!
