I took a key to be cut which cost $20. Then they tried to charge me $100 to program my key to my 2010 Ford Expedition. I said "no thanks" and they tried telling me I couldn't do it myself....after I got home it took me about 5 minutes with a video I found on YouTube.
Always great customer service, knowledge & professionalism. If they don't have it they will get it for you in a very timely manner. Love working with them.

I give 2 stars because I've usually had a pretty good experience going to batteries plus in Alcoa TN. But the last two times I've been in the Alcoa store AND the Somerset KY store I was treated rudely at both stores. I usually go in to see if they've got any new flashlights or any new rechargeable 18650 batteries for a good price. But these last two times going in both stores we were treated like we were suspected of trying to steal or something... BOTH STORES! 150 miles apart.
