I'm a local jeweler. Today I had 3 separate customers bring me watches to repair AFTER Batteries Plus replaced their batteries. One of the watches came to me in pieces and I had to rebuild the inside because the battery hold-down had been destroyed. I chose that word on purpose, I got the watch working again but had to tell the customer that when the battery dies he will have to purchase a new watch. Buyer beware! They are NOT experts. They will ruin your watch!
They do lifetimes on car keys, garage remotes, and watches for only $26, I only had to pay once for my car key and they change them for free anytime that key dies. Other places are charging me 50 to 70 dollars for just a one time. I love how cheap it is. Anyone complaining about that price must be living under a rock or something I can't find anywhere cheaper than them for the same service.
I would be cautious in having repairs done here. My husband brought in his G-Shock to have the battery replaced. They couldn’t do it and also lost a spring that was part of the internal mechanism. We went to another repair shop, where they showed us what happened to the watch. This battery place destroyed the watch. I would recommend going to the watch repair shop over by Roswell and Abernathy.
