Their batteries do not have a legit warranty. There are so many steps and stipulations that you almost give up. I bought a 400 dollar marine battery that was dead at the beginning of three seasons. I had disconnected it from the boat where it sat with nothing hooked up to it. I was told I did not maintain it. I get that but at the end of the day a 400 battery should be able to sit for 4 months and have the reserve capacity to be okay. My cheaper batteries over the years have been able to do so. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me choose the right battery for my jetski. The price was competitive and the online buying experience was easy and fast.
There isn't a rating high enough for these guys, Joe and Zac took me in without an appointment after I explained im a traveling worker and had to leave the next morning. T-Mobile didn't make me aware of setting an appointment and though at no fault of their own, they got to me and had an insurance claim and got my phone repaired and back to me within a fast time frame. I will strongly recommend batteries plus to anybody moving forward for these gentleman and their professionalism thank you guys. 🙏🏼
