If I could give 100 stars, I would! I literally came in crying because my phone screen had been broken for a week and after about 10 calls to apple support and a week worth of stress, batteries plus fixed all my problems within an hour. Thank you guys so much! Forever a customer and will recommend to everyone.
I highly recommend this place. Joe (the manager at the time of writing this review) is such a wonderful man. He is super helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought several car batteries from this location. They install them in the parking lot for free. They offer phone repairs and a lot of neat products in the store.
Ordered online, which was ready almost immediately. In and out in no time. Highly recommend.
Joe and Sierra (sp?) were great! I have high expectations for customer service and these two folks in the store could give other businesses much needed training. Professional, friendly, welcoming to the store, knowledgeable. I needed a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy cellphone and the cost was reasonable and the job was done quickly. Thanks so much, Joe and Sierra!
