Excellent service and product!
When I got to battery plus today to buy a battery, my battery post was fine, but in the process of changing it the old from to the new, my battery post got stripped by the worker at the store, and could not be tighen back up, the manager came out to help and for long time he could not get it to tighen back up either, which cause alot of stress between the store manager and I, first he I don't know what to tell you, then he told me to take it too firestone tires shop down the street and get (pay) them to take the battery post... read more
Do your homework beforehand. Make sure you look at prices online. I could have saved $60.00 buying online and picking them up but they said nothing about the sale when I was in the store. They didnt offer to adjust their prices either when I asked them why they didnt tell be about the savings. All they kept saying is at least you are getting your core deposit back. FYI I would have gotten that back no matter what.... (4) 6v deep cycle batteries for my RV was already $800.00 so it wasn't a cheap purchase to start with but....
