Tried to get a key fob made but they where unable to get it to work after waiting a hr. Then offered a refund but bc I used cash and them not haveing a manager working at the time couldn't refund me in cash it had to be put on a card and now my bank is saying 2 weeks before I get the money back. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at Batteries Plus in Kingsport was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others…especially if you’re considering them for phone repairs. I took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced and a cracked camera lens repaired. When I picked it up, the rear camera was completely unusable. Photos were foggy with black spots.
