Came and bought a battery and this nice young lady installed it named Tayler (hope I spelled that right) Amazing service. Definitely recommended. Give this woman a raise!

These guys are amazing. I walked in and got my car key fob battery replaced in less than a minute.
I went to Batteries Plus to have a battery checked that I purchased in May of 2025. The Associate removed the battery to have it charged and checked. It was bad. He provided a new battery and installed it. This occurred with no problems or concerns. I will recommend Batteries Plus to my friends and family.,
TLDR: bought 3 batteries for a child's light up book that were (at least to me) obviously faulty or of absolutely TERRIBLE quality. They stopped working in less than 3 months (only used the book 3 times and it has an automatic shutoff after 5 mins to save battery life) and the only solution given was to offer to let me buy 3 more at a discount.
