BatteriesPlus had EXACTLY the motorcycle battery I needed, when Fredericksburg Motor Sports and Walmart had nothing even close. Sales lady totally professional, identified correct motorcycle battery on the computer in about 15 seconds, confidently grabbed it off the shelf and prepared the battery, I was out of there in 5 minutes with the correct battery and for a great price. Fredericksburg Motor Sports had 2 people rummaging through boxes for 20 minutes and found nothing close. God bless BatteriesPlus!
I stopped in today to buy a battery for my key fob, and was greeted with the quickest, most friendly, and most efficient customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, but he was really helpful- and the prices are more than reasonable. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
Great shop and sales man. They had the motorcycle battery i needed. I ordered on line (system helped identify the correct item) and then the store charged it for me and took my dead battery (providing a refund of the core charge). Well done.
They were very helpful when I needed to replace my RV batteries.
I needed to recycle some old batteries, (Batteries Plus accepts any used batteries). I don't want to just throw them away where they'll wind up in the landfill, Taylor accepted my batteries for recycling, and helped me to get the correct ones that I needed. Go Batteries Plus!
