I have consistently had an excellent experience with this business. The owner provides exceptional customer service and treats customers with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. It is always a pleasure doing business here, and I highly recommend this store for batteries and other essential items.
After searching amazon and finding the battery i needed for a lawn mower, with min. 5 days delivery. I walked into the Batteries Plus store and was greeted immediately by Neil with a pleasant smile and a "Hey, welcome in, how are you today?" I showed him the battery and he knew the exact one I needed. I paid $3 more in the store, versus the cheapest one I found online but saved 5 days.

I HATE being LIED to my face the person is the OWNERS SON who is DISHONEST . I came in for a KEY replacement for a 2015 Buick Enclave which he did not have. I told him I would get a blank and asked if he could cut it, he said ok but I must PROGRAM the key WITH HIM or it will NOT WORK. On a 2015 GMC products you can PROGRAM IT YOURSELF in the vehicle, which It STATES in the OWNER'S MANUAL.The SCARE TACTIC comes NEXT out of This guys MOUTH your car will just SHUT OFF around 60 days and THEN you will PAY A LOT to GMAC for DAMAG... read more
