Needed a side by side battery charged but didn't own the right type of charger. Also didn't know if the battery was even chargeable. They kept it, charged it overnight, and tested it the next day for me. I was fortunate the battery was good. They didn't charge me anything for it (no pun intended). Nice service they provide. I've been here other times to buy batteries of all types, and light bulbs. They've replaced key fob batteries for me too. Good place to do business with, in my experience.
Ordered a $300 battery was told 2 week s out. Call at two weeks was told Monday it'll be in. Following Thursday go in and they say original order wasn't placed in time youll have to wait two weeks. He says unfortunately you have no other options as its been paid for. Would not recommend to anyone.

Randy is a Lifesaver! I cannot thank Randy at Batteries Plus enough for his incredible help today. I’ve been dealing with a failing alternator and arrived from St. Paul with a completely dead battery. I’m currently in a position where I simply don't have the time to swap out the new alternator sitting in my backseat. I was stuck, but Randy stepped in without hesitation.
