Customer service at the Mishawaka location is not good. No communication, when they say they would call.
If everything ran like Batteries Plus on Douglas in Mishawaka, there would be a whole lot more peace, love and understanding in the world. Every time I come in they have exactly what I need and the folks that work there are always super knowledgeable about everything in the store which seems to be literally two of everything for which I could possibly need a battery.
Product was available and ready for pickup. Price was reasonable. Service was helpful and friendly. Associate was dressed professionally and presented well.

I placed my order online, and when I came in they recommended a better option based on my old battery. They were able to order and pick it up in a few hours and I was back on the road with the right battery!
