Brought my iPhone 11 Pro Max that needed a screen replacement ($200 kinda pricey but anyways) at 8am (had a appointment) but was told the person who does phones wasn’t gonna come in til 11 or 12 and which was fine because I just was trying to drop it off and get back to work however I waited hours and nobody ended up calling me back after my phone was fixed as they said they would but never did so I most likely will go back to this place if needed but the 1st shift worker needs to communicate with the next shift worker .
