Took my S23 Ultra in to get the screen replaced and 1.5 hours later...Done! JD was very professional & courteous. I cannot tell by looking that this phone has been taken apart. A little more expensive than another place I've checked, but worth it to have the work done by a place that is Samsung certified and is the only place in town that had the part I needed in stock.
The sales associate answered all my questions and provide additional helpful information. She was very pleasant also
Unhelpful staff. If you're going to be open for business at least have someone there who knows what they're doing. The person I spoke with couldn't even operate your phone system, much less help me with a battery. They tried to sell me a battery that is over an inch too tall for my motorcycle. Count me as doing business ANYWHERE but with you.
