I purchased a car battery to stay was informative and very professional.
I had two 12V batteries that I lost my charger for so I decided to take them to this store to charge. They were for my kids electric cars. They stated they would be ready the next day. Upon picking them up they said they couldn’t be charged and would have to pay the charging fee( even though they weren’t charged) and that I needed to buy new ones as these were no longer good. My Samsung phone was having a screen issue and Makayla did a screen replacement. I wasn't expecting them to have a Note 20 screen on hand, but they did! A few days later, I noticed a camera issue and again, she took excellent care of it. Thank you so much for taking care of me Makayla, I appreciate you so much!
Just an utter life saver, my car fob had died, they set me right up!
The team at Batteries Plus was attentive, welcoming, and responsive. They were also very knowledgeable, and noticed that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong battery for my device. This saved me a lot of time that would have been lost to travel (and frustration). During my visit I also was made (visually) aware of the may types of solutions that are offer, which I would not have expected otherwise.
