Have had my watch battery replaced several times at this store. Went there Friday Sept 26 to have a new battery put in my Citizen - Eco-Drive watch. I was told by a very rude man that the store does not carry the type battery my watch uses and they do no replace watch batteries .He told me he could not get the back off of my watch so I do not understand how he knew he did not stock the battery.
