In a world where customer service has dropped off tremendously, this store excels! The knowledge of batteries going in my boat was tremendous and quite honestly unexpected. The gentleman coached me by asking how many units and transducers I was running… Wow! We spoke about benefits of lithium over AGM and what my needs were. Exceptional service at the Batteries Plus on Battleground Ave. John, the manager, went above and beyond helping my dad with a battery issue. He was not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind, patient, and personal, which meant so much to our family. Brad, the franchise owner, also stepped in to help and clearly sets the tone for outstanding customer care. This store is truly customer focused. Highly recommend.
