I was able to easily schedule an appointment, drop off my phone, and pick up my phone with a new screen within an hour of drop off. Additionally, official Samsung parts were used. Ron, the manager of the Pueblo store assisted me with a return of a battery under warranty due to having insufficient amperage, the battery was less than a year old. After a few simple questions, he verified my purchase date, and said let’s get you a new one. NO HASSLE! His customer service was GREAT!
