Poor customer service. Motorcycle Battery lasted 3 starts. Battery stored in heated/air conditioned garage and out of bike when not in use. Back your product. Asked to refill battery or replace would do neither as battery JUST outside warranty window. Never had a battery perform so poorly.
Fantastic customer service experience. Clerk was prompt at serving me. Options to get car fob battery replaced was either $16 or for $24 I could get a lifetime replacement. He was done within a minute.
Friendly and helpful on the phone. Even more friendly when I went in to have the auto battery installed. The entire process took minutes!
Stopped in today after work, fully expecting to cough up some money on a new battery after my car started cranking extra slow ever since it got cold. The very nice older gentleman happily came out and tested my battery for me, which came out to a bit low on voltage but otherwise fine and suggested a long drive to recharge the battery more fully.
