Purchased a battery from here early May . Called back end of May to return a non used battery that was incorrect for my application needing another size battery . I was told I could not return due to 14 day return policy no exceptions. $500+ dollars down the drain. Thanks.
The manager at this location was fantastic. I had a warranty issue with an X2 battery (I do not recommend) and he made it right. He wasn't able to get my high dollar battery warrantied but he gave me a fantastic deal on replacement of a different brand. I will definitely continue to buy my batteries from them.
Will Raines was so helpful with our out of town motorcycle battery situation. He handled things quickly and with a smile. We cannot thank him enough.
