I had such a great experience here! My toddler managed to get a piece of his charger stuck inside his iPad, and I was expecting it to be a whole stressful (and expensive) situation. They fixed the problem in under a minute — seriously, I couldn’t believe how fast it was — and wouldn’t even charge me for it, even though I know repairs like that can usually cost anywhere from $30–$100. Great customer service! Store owner installed a car battery for me free of charge which enabled me to pass a state inspection. Ordered online and was in and out with an installed battery in a half hour. Phenomenal customer service and a great price on the battery. Couldn't be happier with the experience at the Fairless Hills location. Thanks again!
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy any batteries from this place/this location. If I could give them negative 100 stars I would. They are selling refurbished batteries that only last a year. I bought my car battery from this place, they told me I had a warranty on the battery until 2029. A year later the battery is dead and they see in their system the battery has a warranty until 2029 but will not replace the battery. They are giving me the run arounds saying they have to investigate what happened because the battery will not hold ... read more
today i stopped by for a new battery in my car key fob. The man working was outside with another customer helping with a car battery but came inside right away when he saw me walk in. I had a bad morning losing my keys and my backup key was dead but the service person helped me out, replaced the battery for me, made sure it was working properly and then said NO CHARGE due to my bad day. ill go out of my way to come back here due to the EXCELLENT service and experience.
