I went to watch battery replacement and they were reluctant to put the rubber ring back which was for water resistance.

been a watch battery replacement customer for minimum of 10yrs ...some reason this particular watch isn't in their system, which i had serviced there before...after taking it to the 2 different places the back is stripped and can't get the battery out... signed, Disappointed
Called ahead and asked if there were fees to dispose of batteries. Said no. Get there and it's $15. So whatever
I was charged a core charge for the battery I purchased on line, my wife picked up the battery and had the core with but the core charged was not removed .10 dollars is ten dollars. If I was to returned to the store , it would be gas money and 1 hour plus time too claim the money . Disappointed in that service.
