The AI phone answering service kept going in a loop to determine what sort of charger I wanted. When I finally connected with someone, I genuinely couldn’t tell if the employee knew what I was asking for (a charger for a Nikon 750 battery). I told him, “I don’t think we know what one another are talking about,” and he told me to go to Microcenter and hung up. Edit: I am not going to call an 800 number for you. My experience is what I just told you. If it’s so important, call them yourself.

Advanced couldn't change the battery in my car for me, so I called Batteries Plus for help. They told me they could do it, and Jack came out to help. We had a great conversation about the Jackets and hockey in general, and my car starts on the first try again! Cost was about $220 with install. Great service!
Great customer service! Had a claim through Assurant for an S24 Ultra with a cracked screen. I drove an hour and a half to have my phone repaired and the manager was very fast, efficient, professional and kind. Got the job done in under two hours. I was afraid there'd be pry marks or you'd be able to tell the screen was replaced and I was wrong! Highly Recommend. Great guys running this shop! EDIT TO ADD! I often have to get keys made for work and Dimé, Milan and Marko are always SO helpful! Their keys are 1/2 the price of dealerships (I used to work at one and always sent people to batteries plus), they have every type of battery you could think of. They also have a bunch of phone accessories and do phone repairs. They have some great "dad" gifts, that I wouldn't think of otherwise & lots of unique gadgets.
