I own a moving company and needed three commercial batteries for one of our box trucks. I called about 30 minutes ahead, and the young man I spoke with had everything ready when I arrived. He personally loaded all three batteries, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Excellent service, fast and professional—exactly what I needed to keep my business running smoothly.
Employee told me my repair would be $200 and it would be done that day, well he was wrong twice, the manager had to come in to do the repair so they had my phone for a day with all of my login info etc and when I came to pick up the phone the price changed from $200 to $320! Either the manager was trying to steal money or the employee doesn’t know what they are doing either way apple charges $220 for this exact repair (out of warranty) AND they will warranty the phone after the repair!
