Ordering online was seamless. Guy in store was friendly and super helpful. Fast and better than expected. I won’t shop for batteries on Amazon ever again.
Went in to recycle some 18650 lithium ion batteries. Was asked to specify if they were vape batteries, and if so they can't be taken. An 18650 is also used for many appliances and there is no indication on the website that outlines this. It really seems like the man just didn't want to help me. That or he has no knowledge on lithium ion batteries, which is shocking considering he works at a place called battery plus. Didn't even offer me an alternative. Do better ya'll.
