Very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The young man who assisted us was attentive, efficient, and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I love this place. You usually don't wait long to get helped. I hand them my watch, they figure out what battery it needs and replace it. I feel like the service used to be free but today it costs $7, still reasonable for me. I bought my battery tester there years ago and am still using it, I've only had to replace the battery once in the tester. very disappointed. I was going to use the other popular phone repair shop in town But I thought this one would be faster and less expensive. After paying 175.00 up front ( basically same prices), and waiting over a week for the parts, I left the phone for 3 hrs to be fixed. Went back to pick up and it was never touched. Now I have to wait another three days and go without another 3 hrs, between their schedule and mine. Not cool.
Service was outstanding! Guy helped me out tremendously! Really appreciate it too!
