Went in on a Saturday morning and was helped quickly and efficiently by an associate.
Always helpful and easy to work with whenever I come in. The staff actually takes the time to figure out exactly what you need instead of just pointing you to a random shelf. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and make the whole process quick and painless. I have gone in for different types of batteries and accessories, and they have always had a solution. Overall, a reliable store with consistently good customer service.
Dylan was a great help and it was great to speak with him. I called to see what it would cost to repair my phone. He informed me of the cost and I let him know that I'd have to weigh my options to see if it's worth repairing an old phone. He went above and beyond in asking all the right questions, providing multiple solutions and most of all, very professional. I've been here before for phone repair and car batteries, and I will be back again because of customer service such as this!
I needed a new screen for my iPad Air 3 and took it to them. A few days later I picked up my iPad and the camera did not work so I brought it back. They said they repaired it and yes the camera worked but the screen had lines all over it. I brought it back for the third time and they said it would be done in a few days.
