Very knowledgeable employees and always great service
Purchased an ATV battery September of 2025. I used the ATV last fall, winter and this spring. The unit gets use almost every week. In April it was dead. I returned the battery to Batteries Plus. I was told the 1 year warranty was void because the battery voltage was too low, 7%. They offered to recover the battery, I said yes, and left my cell #. It has been weeks I have not received a call. I have in the past used Honda batteries which last 4 years+. The new Interstate I put in the ATV is working perfectly. Very disappointe... read more
