Customer focused team that show the customers they appreciate they are there and that that want to help. The staff were very nice. I came in to get a Dyson stick vac battery replacement. I have replaced the battery myself multiple times in less than 5 minutes. The kind gentleman took my vacuum back and emerged 15-20 minutes later. While I could not make sense of how long it took, the job got done. Meanwhile another team member consistently thanked me for my patience.
The team was ever so pleasant in combination with being ever so incompetent. I made an appointment only to show up at a time a tech was not scheduled to replace a battery. The very nice fella reassured me they had the battery and explained that the online scheduling portal does not account for their internal schedules. No worries, I rescheduled. I broke my phone screen just before closing time and I was leaving to go on vacation in the morning. I called and a gentleman named Trenton answered the phone and told me he would not be able to get to it till tomorrow. I told him my scenario and he said get down here right now and he'll get it taken care of. That is A+ service. Thanks so much Trenton!
