I had my iPhone battery replaced. The tech entered a passcode on the device. I didn’t want or ask for this feature. He told me the code but when I tried at home it failed. I called several times and eventually spoke to someone who said the tech would call right back. Still waiting. I get to erase the phone now and put I.
