First time being a customer for Battery Plus in Joliet. Perry & Pat Excelled in Quality & Hospitality. Got new 2 fobs for 2012 Buick Lacrosse. The experience was easy & quality of work was Fantastic. 2 New Fob total cost was $219. Buick Car Dealer wanted over $270 for ONE KEY. If you need a fob, Battery Plus Joliet is the place to go. Joliet store is so great. They have helped us with phone issues like broken screens and an accidentally uploaded virus. The guys are really helpful and explain what they're doing.
Staff at batteries plus were extremely helpful and very professional. Also extremely knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Patrick, Mitch and Perry answered all of my questions about the batteries that I needed to replace in a couple of my devices.
08/25/25 Walk into the store after 9:05am and ask the store associate if they had a circle button battery for my telescopic flashlight. He wasn't very helpful.
