I like ordering online and picking it up when is ready. Fairly priced and I stock. My go to for ALL my battery needs.
Clerk waited until I had unboxed most all of our phones and removed the batteries before telling us there was a fee. In fact neither employee told us. Funny little prank to play on seniors eh?
After I was sold a dead battery from here ( if that wasn’t bad enough ) when I returned to get a refund they wanted to get smart with me about it. Here’s an idea don’t sell dead batteries and customers like me won’t have to come back.
I was replacing UPS batteries. I ordered the model recommended by the website for the UPS model. While it turned out to be the right size, apparently I had batteries with "older, larger" lead sizes. This was caught by associate looking at the old batteries. He exchanged the batteries out for the same battery, same size but the larger lead sizes. Superb catch. There is no substitute for experience. You have made a new lifelong customer. Thank you!
Walked in and explained my issue with my phone not charging correctly and 5 minutes later problem solved. After that amazing service they became my go to place!
