Quick and knowledgeable. Prices were also decent.
Expecting a battery expert, I was deeply disappointed that the employee tried and said, to I can't fix this (my daughter's key fob), kept the battery from it (had to go back in to retrieve it), and was otherwise completely unhelpful. My daughter put the fob back together herself, which the employee seemingly couldn't do, and was and to at least start her car holding it to the push start button. Truly, our visit was a complete waste of our time.
Excellent customer service
I had an 8:30 am appointment and showed up to the store dark and closed. I waited around for a minute and knocked to be sure there wasn't someone still opening up and no one was there. If it was an emergency, I would understand and hope everyone is okay but if there's going to be a large delay in opening the store, people with appointments should be notified.
