Mismanaged store. Inventory discrepancies that aren't ever corrected, which leads to huge inconveniences/time wasting by the employee, who had me sit in the lobby for 15 minutes while calling the store so the phone would ring and I wouldn't hear him shuffling around in the back looking for something he probably knew within 5 minutes wasn't there. The Gahanna/Morse Rd store is great! I purchased my battery online. The $20 online discount made it about $40 cheaper than a similar battery at the competitor nearest me. I arrived 10-15 minutes before my 2pm appointment and was in the car on the way home by 2pm! I took a look under the hood after I got home and it was all buttoned up nice and neat. I will definitely repeat the next time I need a battery.
