They sold me a $400 X2 battery that was completely dead. When I went to return it the associate couldn't refund me just the cost of the battery he had to refund me the core charge (which I was never charged) so the process turned into a 10 minute fiasco of me standing there and the associate feverishly clicking away on the computer. Finally I was allowed to leave with the extra $22 I didn't deserve. I then had to drive to a different store because Batteries Plus has 1 of each X2 battery size if they have any. Mismanaged store. Inventory discrepancies that aren't ever corrected, which leads to huge inconveniences/time wasting by the employee, who had me sit in the lobby for 15 minutes while calling the store so the phone would ring and I wouldn't hear him shuffling around in the back looking for something he probably knew within 5 minutes wasn't there. What a waste of time. I'm glad he told me it's in stock and ~2 hours was the expectation, so when I cancelled all of my plans and pushed a meeting back 2.5 hours, that really makes ... read more
