The guys here are awesome if I could give 100 stars to each employee I would. They’re very sweet and very helpful. My appointment was actually two days from now, but when I called in the were kind enough to squeeze me in today, which is such a lifesaver for me because the way I make my money is with my phone and my phone kept short-circuiting and turning off by itself every two minutes. I can’t think these guys enough
Power X2 Auto Battery that i went to buy was 6 months old when i went to store. I didn’t buy and went home and ordered one online from a different store. Waited a week for delivery, and went to pick up. Battery was also 6 months old. I would expect a 375.00 NEW battery would be NEW!
My phone wouldn’t charge for a while so I decided to come in, and Aiden helped clean my charging port in 30 seconds, super helpful and grateful for them
Great customer service. Ordered the car battery online, picked it up and it was installed for me. What was really nice is that B+ had a battery pack to plug into the OBD to save all my settings and keep me from going to the dealer to have the new battery programmed to the car.
I am very satisfied with the service at Batteries Plus. They beat the price by a few hundred dollars and their service was outstanding.
