Nick at BatteriesPlus changed my iPhone 11 pro battery 9 months ago. It has been few weeks when I have 100 percent charge during few minutes of talking my iPhone battery dies on my iPhone and restart. I called twice and spoke once with Nick. He said the 6 months warranty has been passed and they will not do anything about their bad battery and other excuses. Personally, I will not purchase another battery from this company. They did not even offer me any discount or any deal to make me their customer forever.
