I needed the battery the same day I ordered it online. The product I bought online was not in stock at the store (even though it showed as available online) and when I went to get it at 6:30 pm they said they only had one and it was reserved for someone else. (When I returned home at 7 pm I even got an email saying the battery was ready for pickup at the story--which it clearly wasn't.) Nick at BatteriesPlus changed my iPhone 11 pro battery 9 months ago. It has been few weeks when I have 100 percent charge during few minutes of talking my iPhone battery dies on my iPhone and restart. I called twice and spoke once with Nick. He said the 6 months warranty has been passed and they will not do anything about their bad battery and other excuses. Personally, I will not purchase another battery from this company. They did not even offer me any discount or any deal to make me their customer forever.
