I went in 3 weeks ago to buy a battery (great price w/online discounts) I was helped by John he was very efficient to the point with dash of humor! 🙃 I had to come back today for a replacement, again help by John, I was already stressed because of my battery, and again he was straight to the point and again his dash of humor lighted my day! I took a battery in that I bought from Batteries Plus, initially the store rep Rita after testing said it appeared to be a dead battery possibly not savable, however she offered to put it on the charger overnight and as she promised she would call with an update as soon as she was in the store, without fail she did! and delivered the good news that my battery did charge and was indeed useable!!! Have good products at good prices and a helpful courteous staff. Easy purchasing online and items are usually in stock or readily available. Batteries are good quality name brand better than some other retailers!!
Rena and Jonathan are so helpful! Walked in needing new key fobs and the lifetime warranty for the key fobs is absolutely worth! Rena let me know that you could go to any Batteries+ if my fob battery were to die for replacement. I was informed that they can replace car batteries, rebuild batteries, so much helpful things I didn’t know before! Came back again for a car battery replacement the next day and felt very secure in the care of this team. Thank you so much Rena!
