Helpful and if they don't have what you went there for they'll point you in the right direction. Also they recycle florescent bulbs for very low charge
Damien at the Pater Way store is so awesome. I will definitely be back because of exceptional customer service I received there.
Batteries Plus had the Harly-Davidson Road Glide-3 replacement lead acid battery on hand and the sales representative double checked to make sure he was selling the right battery to me. He also took my old battery for proper disposal at no charge. Great customer service. All quick and easy.
I have a CFMoto that has a battery case that doesn't give a MM in tolerance. I had to buy 3 batteries until I found one that fit even though the specs were nearly identical. They were helpful and understanding, and took each one I tried back without problems. Their prices are great and I would highly recommend them
Great friendly service. They are very knowledgeable. Always have what i need and more than willing to help load my van with all the batteries I purchase.
