Update: Unfortunately closed (permanently), when I visited Oct 27th 2023. I've been buying batteries from batteries plus for years. I'm thrilled to see a store here on Marietta Hwy. in Canton/Holy Springs. They always have a great selection, their staff is great and I give 10 stars to batteries plus for their warranties, especially the X2Power line. I went to the Holly Springs store today with a battery for my blower that had quit charging. I spoke to a very nice lady and asked her if she had one or could get one or repair this one. After looking for awhile, she did’t have one but looked on the on the internet and told me where to go and the cost. I was ready to buy a new blower until she was so gracious to help me. Sales associate had no issues selling me the wrong, higher end Battery. Even though I asked multiple times and I could have purchased the wrong one. Not all locations are the same. Don’t rely on knowledge or customer service at this location.
Very helpful staff member; super fast service.
