My wife and I have purchased several car and pickup batteries and other items from the Medford Batteries Plus store over the years and never had a problem. Today, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, we went by to get new batteries for the key fobs for our pickup. Never having installed a battery into a fob before, I asked the young man behind the counter how much it would cost to have the batteries installed. I came in clueless and the curly haired kid that was working and helped me was so so SO helpful. He explained everything in a way that I could understand, he didn't cut any corners and offered to solder the connections to the new battery instead of the hot glue that was on the original. He went above and beyond in just about every way that he could. I feel like it's so rare to find good customer service lately and I was just so impressed with this kids candor and knowledge.
