God awful. Ordered a key fob, I got sent an order confirmation and an email saying my pickup is ready, start driving there, get a call saying they don't have it/they didn't have it in stock, they couldn't cancel the order in time without my card information? Trash service and weirdly disorganized.
Absolutely love this place. Great service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. In the last couples months, I have replaced both batteries in my F-350, a side-by-side battery, and a deep cycle battery used on my gate. In each of these, all of my questions were answered and we even discussed various options and how I was using the batteries (my truck ended up with AGM batteries, and my gate wasn't a deep cycle battery, but should have been). I'll definitely return for any battery purchases.

They do not honor their return policy, tried to return a battery within the 14 day window with receipt and they refused because it was installed once. Go to Costco they return with no questions asked. I’ll never go here again, they aren’t on your side.
