Came here for a iPhone repair all the way from Mississippi because this is where the T-Mobile insurance claim required us to go. Despite the 45 min drive, this was a great experience. KJ took care of our repair and offered fabulous service. She explained everything well, made sure we had an estimate of how long it would take, and then had the phone ready on time! The team at Batteries Plus went above and beyond helping my daughter with her car battery. They were so kind and made sure she understood everything before leaving. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore!
Our family has now used Batteries Plus multiple times for everything from phone batteries to key fob replacements, and every visit has been wonderful. The employees are knowledgeable, honest, and never try to upsell you on things you don’t need.
Honest people still exist! Super professional, helpful, fast, and—most of all—honest. They always treat you like royalty. Fixed my iPhone on the spot today and made my day! I didn’t even know they do iPhone repairs.
Needed an extra key fob and these guys were $50 cheaper than anyone else. Extremely pleased with the time it took too. Would definitely recommend them.
