I previously called to ask if they would be able to service my watch battery and informed them it was a Fossil. I was told yes and the 2 options they have currently. I pay $20 at Fossil and batteries plus charges the same with a warranty. I figured ok thats cool, now I don't have to drive to Round Rock. WELL THAT WAS A HORRIBLE ASSUMPTION I went in told the guy I was there for a battery change.
