Over promise under deliver. Fold 7 screen repair. Scheduled appt, called me and said they need to order part. Understandable. Tuesday Got the call.. should be in Wed.. cool.. Thursday, got the call, part was in.. cool.. Scheduled fix for Saturday. Showed up, "we sold it to another customer.." we'll need to order the part.. nope..

Great place to get my flip6 screen fixed after the factory one started to lift T mobile gave me the the run around and samsung care+ was no help either exchange or upgrade. Jordan at batteries plus replaced the screen protector and saved me so much money!! Very nice and professional, phone is as good as new! Well definitely recommend and be returning for future needs.

Online pricing is not what you are charged in store. Online shows 15 dollars off Online also said I get an additional 15% if I added a code I received online. Not true. Employ at store can take one 15% off but not both. I saw total discount could not exceed $30. I only received 15 dollars. Felt like still owed 15% additional.
