Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly
I was impressed with the service from ordering a battery than having my notification call when they said I would. Then I discovered i needed a car battery again excellent service spécial shout out to Max the young man who installed it super quick all the while maintaining a professional manner he was courteous friendly even protecting the cable ends by wrapping they in towels all this in a 107 degree heat index. This location will get all my business thanks to all!
I was assisted by Max this past weekend with an issue involving my key fob battery. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Max resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I returned home from vacation only to find myself stranded at the airport at 10pm with a completely dead battery that wouldn't take a charge. I was stuck and didn't know what to do. That's when Tom, the manager, who happened to be waiting for a ride nearby, overheard my phone conversation. Without hesitation, he offered to open the store after hours just so I could get a new battery.
