Picked up my rental vehicle at TPA and immediately began experiencing "key not recognized" issues. I was pretty confident that it was a battery issue - but seriously, in a 2026 vehicle with about 6k miles on it? I came into store looking to buy some type of solution, if any, to remove battery corrosion that built up on a few items of mine. Sandy was kind enough to take the time, in store and use the wire brush and alcohol to remove the corrosion for me. We got one of the items working again and I am very grateful for her! I will definitely be back for any of my battery needs! Thanks again for being awesome, Sandy!
Max is the best. He saved me $140. I thought I needed to replace my phone charging port, but he offered to clean it when he could’ve just done the repair. Five minutes later, my phone charges like new. Also, the batteries are super cheap. There’s always a brand on sale. Thank you for facilitating my battery-run candle habit.
First time customer, had to get new battery for my truck. Was met by Max, great guy and helped test my old battery first and then replaced with my new one! Recommend if you have any battery issues, hit up Max!
Most much appreciated from Max, He really has the upmost customer service. Between the answering the phone and helping customers he was very polite and helpful. Since I needed a key fob that needed programmed and a key cut and made. Congrats to Max, I would recommend his service.
