Great experience today at Batteries Plus. Angel was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Went here after my Subaru car dealership quoted me $450 for a battery and got the same battery for less than $200. Installation was free. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your money at the dealership.
I came in to get the battery on my Corolla replaced and received the best customer service from Ayana. She helped me from start to finish and is very knowledgeable. She even gave me advice on how to care for the battery on my own. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Ayana!
Online ordering was easy. Pickup was easy. My issue is what I consider a bit of false advertising. Bought a motorcycle battery. On the website it states that there is a three year warranty. On the box it says three year warranty. Asked about the warranty and was told it is six months through Batteries Plus. After that I need to contact the battery manufacturer for the longer warranty.
