Called the Hicksville location before going to find out if they installed new batteries into my three car jump packs. Dominick L. was absolutely amazing. They were not the easiest installs especially my Matco ps2222js charger. Extremely professional and friendly. Went there two days in a row and spent a total of over $900on home batteries, a new phone screen protector, phone case, flashlights, fuel additives for my vehicles as well as the above batteries for my car jump chargers. Great store and friendly service! I had never heard of Batteries Plus before and needed a replacement car battery. I thought I would have to buy it and put it in myself, but they actually install it for free! Dominick, the owner actually did it himself. Really friendly guy. The store has some cool stuff that reminds me of RadioShack with lots of useful gadgets for your car and home that you never knew you needed. Also didn’t know they do cell phone screen repair which is really cool too. 10/10 recommend!
I just had my AGM battery replaced in Honda pilot, quick in and out! Dominick is very helpful, knowledgeable and explained the situation and installed the new battery! I highly recommend them for any battery replacement work!
Dominick was very helpful and flexible/crafty with the solution we needed. Great attitude and service. Came here with a wonky and worn key fob for my car, now got a brand new one, nice and clean.
