I ordered a battery, got confirmation over the phone and email that it was in stock, and drove 40 minutes to pick it up. When I got there, they tried to charge me an extra $30 for installation, even though I was told it would be free and it says free installation online. After I proved there was no spare tire to remove (the “extra work” they wanted to charge me for), they finally dropped the fee. Called the Hicksville location before going to find out if they installed new batteries into my three car jump packs. Dominick L. was absolutely amazing. They were not the easiest installs especially my Matco ps2222js charger. Extremely professional and friendly. Went there two days in a row and spent a total of over $900on home batteries, a new phone screen protector, phone case, flashlights, fuel additives for my vehicles as well as the above batteries for my car jump chargers.
