I will absolutely never visit this store again. While the idea of all the services the store provides is fantastic, the completely inept, apathetic employees negate anything that could possibly be positive. I brought my key fob in to purchase batteries and the gal offered to put them in for $15 and some change. Awesome, or so I thought. After 10 minutes she asked me if I'd ever had trouble with my fob. Needed a battery for my Harley, went to their website to see if they offered one. Yes they did! The online ordering said if I ordered online, I would receive 10% off. So I did so. Went to pick it up and did not receive the online discount. Store employees said oh you did not put the online code in when you ordered. I obviously ordered online as when I arrived, it had already been picked and waiting for my arrival. Seems bait and switch unscrupulous marketing. Won’t shop there again.
