I had an appointment thru T-Mobile to have my cracked screen fixed. They had no one in store trained to fix screens during my appointment time.
Manager feels he doesn't have to do labor only manage. Paid for new remote key fob which the worker programed, but did not start my car. Which during the programming they knocked out the remote starting. So now I have a fricken new remote that doesn't start my car and my old remote no longer starts my car either. What a bunch of bull****! Poor service, wouldn't recommend Sheboygan location to anyone.
I will never buy another battery from batteries plus again. I bought a brand new battery paid 150.00 dollars for it and it wouldn't hold a charge. I brought it back and they said it was fine but when I picked it back up it was completely dead and they won't warranty it. 150.00 dollars down the drain. I wouldn't even give one star but I had to. 😡. By the way it is a Duracell battery supposed to be top of the line.
