This is the worst review I have ever given anyone. I Had such a bad experience trying to get a phone battery replacement that I drove two hours to get the work done by UBreakiFix. Was told on Thursday that the battery would come in the next day around 10am and that they would call. Never got a call. Went in to check on it at 4PM, was told it would be on the truck Monday. Charged for product never received. Was not even told it was available for pickup.
Andrew and his co-worker were SUPERB! Had issues with other stores, these two definitely made it right. Customer service is dying, not at this Sheboygan, WI store though!
