I came to repair my phone screen (Samsung), and Hector served us very well. They worked fast, excellent work
This was a disaster. Came in 2 weeks ago to get a replacement key fob. Was told it would take a week and would receive a call when ready. Two weeks later, no call. I went to the store to see what's happening with it. They said they had it. Took 20 min to find it in the store. Then said it would take 35 min to program but need to help customers who came on the store after me. The 2 employees working seemed very unorganized and confused.
