I came in the store and was welcomed as soon as Instrpped foot in the store. Very helpful. Irvin was quick and informative. He was very helpful and resourceful. I will be back again. I was very pleased with the customer service and I even took a nap outside. Irvin came and knocked on my window while it was raining. Thankful they fixed my screen. I got a brand new phone.
