Old-fashioned customer service is alive and well at this store! Manager Alex was so friendly and helpful in fixing my Samsung Galaxy cellphone with a scary swollen battery. I will be back for any future needs with cellphone accessories or repairs!

Went to batteries plus hoping to get my dying truck battery replaced during a stormy day. Juan did an awesome job of replacing the battery within 20 minutes. It started to pour but he stayed and finished his job meticulously. They saved my day!
