I took my Samsung phone because the screen was cracked on the side. And they charge me around 300 some more dollars. Because they said they're giving me the original screen from Samsung. Store provided no proof of my core charge being credited to my card. Receipt doesn’t reference it! I’ve always had to provide my card to receive the core credit for all line purchases. I’ve bought roughly 20 batteries over the years from BPlus. This is new and I’m not a fan.
