highly disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service at this Batteries Plus location. I purchased a main battery and an auxiliary battery here just 4 to 5 months ago, and the auxiliary battery is already completely dead. The vehicle will not even crank because the battery voltage has dropped well below 12.6V. When I brought the defective battery back, the employee treated me with zero respect. Fantastic service and friendly associates.
I needed a battery for my phone. They had to order the battery so it will be in tomorrow. Young man was very professional and at this point I am very happy with the service I received.
