They have great car battery options, had the item ready for pickup almost immediately, and even tested the battery in front of me upon pickup!

Very helpful and customer friendly. Purchased a new battery online and went in to pick up at the store. It was ready when I walked in and they took my old battery.
Pluses: convenience often including same day pickup and usually at competitive prices. Minuses: typically limited brand selection dominated by "store brands" vs other more highly rated options. Most recent purchase was typical: convenient, item ready for pickup when I arrived unfortunately it required some modification/adaption to make the battery fit. Customer service was friendly and helpful, a plus.
