Had an installation issue I tried to fix with the warranty, I can understand you cant necessarily verify if issues come before or after cracks but there is still clearly a bump in my screen from incorrect installation, which in and of itself helps in how stable the phone screen is. I’m chalking what happened up to an uncommon accident but I still feel I was deserved a warranty and replacement.
Very pleased with the service, had my phone battery replaced there this morning. I didnt catch the older gentleman's name but he was very friendly when I brought my phone in. And Chad was awesome as well, very nice to talk to and very friendly as well. I would absolutely bring my phone here for any future repairs. 10/10, highly recommend.
This was the second time a few weeks we had ordered a needed battery online and then picked up in the store. Both times were an easy process and very friendly staff!
Second time ordering online, received a 15% discount, and picked it up the same day. First time was for a 2004 Harley Road King, and this time was for an Arctic Cat side by side. Perfect fit, and the higher cold cranking amps start both vehicles instantly. The Harley is on its 3rd year and the battery is still perfect. I do keep it on a battery tender, same with the one I just put in the side by side. This is the only way to go!
Great service. The battery was ready to be installed as soon as I got to the store. Chad was very friendly and got the battery put in my car very quickly. Have to mention Roy also. Great service
