I submitted a claim to Assurant to repair my Samsung S24 Ultra screen and visited a store where a guy named Jo (I believe), who is shorter and has a beard, assisted me. He took my phone and said it would take a few hours to fix. After nearly three hours, he returned my device with rubber bands on it, claiming the glue needed time to set. bought a battery for my tractor 10 months ago, the battery is dead and will not hold a charge. was told at the plano store on ohio and 121 that it was too dead and that they would not honor the warranty uless it was at 10% charge. WHAT A JOKE! they are just looking for an excuse not to honor a warranty!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!
