We always take our battery back-ups to Batteries Plus to have the batteries replaced. We've always experienced fast, friendly service at a great price. Plus, I don't have to change the batteries out myself, so that's a plus, and I've always had help bringing the back-ups back out to my car.
Very Helpful !! I had a phone that would not charge if you touched it when it was charging, took it to Xfinity where I bought it from & they said the charging port looks clean so I could buy a new phone or take it to Battery Plus and see if they could fix the charging port.
