exterior box was broken, interior box was broken, tray that holds the battery was broken, it was supposed to be next day but it took 4 days
Best customer service ever! They are so nice and patient with me. Always honor their warranties and because I am older, they help with those tiny screws and tiny batteries. I love this store. Customer service is sometimes out of date, but not at batteries and bulbs!
Replaced batteries in 2 watches, quick and cheaper than the jewlrey store.
They had the right batteries for my motorhome. The young man waiting on me brought out the four deep cycle batteries and put them in the truck bed. He also removed my cores from my truck and returned to me my core deposit. The store was clean and organized.
