Whole thing was easy. Purchasing online and picking up at store near by me. The store kept me informed of battery availability. At the store, the clerk, Evan, was friendly, quick, attentive, informed, succinct and efficient. Can't ask for more. I'm a happy customer.

Not like satisfied at all. Battery died on my motorcycle. Ordered from you guys, selected curbside pickup. Pull up, SUT, no curbside. Walk in (WITH MY DEAD BATTERY) Tell them why I'm there. "OH", okay. WOULD YOU LIKE US TO SERVICE YOUR BATTERY, AND CHARGE IT? ME, no, I'd like to give you my dead battery and take your dead battery. Finally get battery Serviced and then had to ask for the lugs to attach to posts. NOT GOOD SERVICE!
