I ran into Wal-Mart to pick up a battery for a mule side by side that has been sitting for two years! Wal-Mart didn't have the battery I needed. I then ran over to Batteries Plus! Jerry helped me find the right battery with the right connections! My mule is running and out of the barn already! Thanks Jerry, I will be back!
Jerry is the best. Always shows when he says he will. Definitely my go to guy for any battery or golf cart issues for our large property.
I stopped in to get my watch battery replaced. The staff was so helpful and nice.
Customer service is exceptional at this location, There is a gentleman that I will only let him help me. I know its just a battery store we not fixing world hunger but the guy who helps me does a great job at fixing the problem and I just feel like he cares about what he does. Especially in todays world where customer service is not always the goal, but if you treat me like "my battery guy", I would spend more money even if it was not the cheapest option.
