I called about a week ago to see if they had my car key, they said another store had it and they would ship it to the Dunwoody location. After about a week I get a call and when I bring my key in the guy working there kept telling me he doesn't know if he'll be able to do the work? After I paid? What? Then he cuts the key and goes out to my car to turn the key the wrong way and turn my lock around and says that doesn't feel right. Then he turned the lock back how it should be then tried it the other way and the key would not... read more
I had another great experience at Batteries Plus in Dunwoody today. AJ made a key fob for my car. He was very knowledgeable, fast and most of all very pleasant and engaging. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return.
