I called about a week ago to see if they had my car key, they said another store had it and they would ship it to the Dunwoody location. After about a week I get a call and when I bring my key in the guy working there kept telling me he doesn't know if he'll be able to do the work? After I paid? What? Then he cuts the key and goes out to my car to turn the key the wrong way and turn my lock around and says that doesn't feel right. I had another great experience at Batteries Plus in Dunwoody today. AJ made a key fob for my car. He was very knowledgeable, fast and most of all very pleasant and engaging. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return.
