Been in there many times and the service is always top notch. A great place to go for consistent products and services. Not only do they help with all of our battery needs, but they’ve also helped put new screens on our iPhones. Highly recommend!
Had a fabulous experience with this location. Had a busted camera lens on my iPhone and they were so quick to get it fixed. Each employee I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
I replaced the batteries in my welding hood. The batteries were “new” in a package. The batteries were discharged, to the store I went. Upon walking in I was immediately approached and recognized. I purchased the needed batteries and was out the door in less than five minutes.
This is a good place to get normal or commercial batteries. This makes them diverse in what they can help you with. They are also kind with those that help you.
The whole process of buying a replacement battery for my 2015 Suburban was an easy process. The employees at the Idaho Falls store are well educated and professional in their help and battery installation. Highly recommend Battery + and especially the Idaho Falls store!
