Whenever I've needed an oddball battery in a hurry, Batteries Plus has had it. The gentleman who helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly.
I bought a battery from this store in November, and after just six months, it stopped working. When I brought it back, they refused to honor the 30-month warranty, claiming the battery was drained and not charging—exactly why you’d expect a warranty to apply. I was told a manager would follow up, but no one ever did. Very poor customer service. I definitely don’t recommend this place—take your business elsewhere.
Nice young staff. Clean store. Good products. Purchased two batteries this year.
