They replaced my iPhone battery and it was done as I waited. Very satisfied with the new battery.

They didn't leave my cell phone in the right place
The customer service, or should I say the complete lack of customer service, is stunning. Though you can purchase pin lights for as little as $10 I took a chance and spent $55, that's right $55, on a NEBO pin light. When it malfunctions after only 4 months I returned to the store for a replacement, which they had in store, but was told that I would have to contact NEBO! Clearly, they should have given me a replacement and contacted NEBO for their reimbursement. They just lost a long term customer.
