I went in to replace the battery in my key fob and one of the associates replaced the battery but damaged the key fob, when I took the key back the same associate became defensive and started getting hostile saying what am supposed to do about it, he stated “yeah I did it, what do you want me to do?” In an aggressive tone. Jonathan was super helpful in cleaning my phone
I was referred to BatteriesPlus by Assurant to have my phone repaired. Anthony was prepared for the task and said I would be in and out in just minutes. Upon further inspection of my phone, I tried calling Assurant to update my claim. Assurant ended up not being helpful at all and despite the "colorful scripted talk" (40 minutes of going round and round) they ultimately were unhelpful.
