Terrible customer service. They sent me a discount offer but it didn't work but I still ordered the battery. One day later I called to ask is it ready to pickup and they tried to upsell me to another battery that was even more expensive. I cancelled my order.
Had The pleasure of bringing my Samsung galaxy phone to these folks for repair of the screen. What a wonderful place. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.I spoke with Jesus, Robert and Luke. They went above and beyond with their customer service! They treat you like family! Very professional and HONEST!
NEEDED A BATTERY THEY HAD ONE. PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS THE DEALERSHIP. THE WARRANTY IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL BATTERIES HERE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. DURACELL MAKE A GOOD BATTERY IF YOU TAKE CARE OF IT.
