Very polite sales associates and went out of their way to go pick up a battery for me from a store farther away, so I din't have to drive that far.
Had an exceptional visit working with BATTERIES PLUS worker Courtney! The task at hand was a bit challenging and she didn’t give up. She was patient, professional, confident , kind, and courteous. Ordered online for 15% off for Memorial Day, picked up in store. Received a text my order was received but never got a text saying it was ready? They did send an e-mail finally so I picked it up. The guy had a difficult time refunding the $10 core charge? In the end he said he gave me a $5 refund??? There were 2 other employees in the store and he never asked either one if they could help him???
