Stu was awesome: set expectations with effective communication and cordial
Malena was very helpful in explaining my options to give me the best deal. Granted it was just a key fob battery however lifetime vs 1 time purchase explanation made a difference to me.
Dude who “helped” me needs to have an attitude adjustment. I have a 2021 Tesla Model Y that has a lead acid battery. When he mentioned it’s a lithium ion battery I politely corrected him and that’s when it went all downhill. His attitude sucked. Number one issue with this is the know it all attitude. Won’t be coming back.
Very polite sales associates and went out of their way to go pick up a battery for me from a store farther away, so I din't have to drive that far.
